Terms of Service

By accessing or using VidP ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access the Service.

VidP is a professional browser-based video recording, editing, and publishing platform. Features include multi-camera studio recording, AI-powered editing tools, media asset management, background music, and direct publishing to social media platforms. Some features require credits purchased through our credit system.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use VidP. By creating an account you represent that:

• You are at least the minimum required age
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account
• You will keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree to use VidP only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload, record, or publish content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or obscene
• Use VidP to spread misinformation, spam, or conduct phishing attacks
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from VidP
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit VidP features without written permission
• Circumvent any technical measures designed to protect the Service or other users

VidP operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased via PayPal and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Simple video projects cost 10 credits; big/long projects cost 60 credits
• Credit prices and plan features are displayed at checkout and may change with notice
• Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• VidP reserves the right to adjust credit costs with reasonable advance notice

Your use of VidP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

VidP allows publishing content to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and community guidelines. VidP is not responsible for how third-party platforms handle your published content or enforce their policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VidP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

VidP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• Non-payment or fraudulent transactions
• Uploading illegal or harmful content
• Actions that harm other users or VidP's infrastructure
• Extended periods of account inactivity (12+ months with prior notice)

VidP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
