By accessing or using VidP ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access the Service.
VidP is a professional browser-based video recording, editing, and publishing platform. Features include multi-camera studio recording, AI-powered editing tools, media asset management, background music, and direct publishing to social media platforms. Some features require credits purchased through our credit system.

Your Content
You retain full ownership of all video, audio, and media content you create or upload on VidP. By using the Service you grant VidP a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
VidP Platform
VidP, its logo, interface design, software, and all platform-generated content are the intellectual property of VidP and its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use VidP's brand assets.
Background Music
Music available in the VidP music library is licensed for use within videos created on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring any additional audio you upload does not violate third-party copyright or platform content policies (e.g., YouTube Content ID).

VidP allows publishing content to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and community guidelines. VidP is not responsible for how third-party platforms handle your published content or enforce their policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VidP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

VidP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
